摘要
自动化程度的高低已成为衡量CAD系统性能的重要指标之一。本文以塑料模关键零部件的三维设计及其二维标注为研究对象,介绍了一种三维设计与二维工程图标注的自动关联方法,并以此为基础,在UG平台上开发了塑料模二维自动标注模块,提高了塑料模设计的自动化程度。
At present, design automation has become a main criterion to evaluate the performance of a CAD system. In this paper, the relationship between the components design of injection mould and its drawing labels is mainly discussed, and then an associated design method is explained in detail. Based on this method, a system which can create the drawing labels automatically is developed on UG platform. With this system, the extent of design automation can be observably improved, and the consistent design result can also be guaranteed.
