摘要
目前,我国彩票管理体制还不健全,无论是在彩票监管方面,还是在彩票公益金的分配和使用方面都存在着很多问题。通过对国内外彩票业管理体制的比较研究,借鉴国外彩票业管理体制方面的经验,提出了对我国彩票管理体制进行改革的建议。
At present there are many problems in the lottery management system in China, such as lottery supervision and the use and allocation of lottery public welfare funds. Through comparative research of the domestic and international lottery management .systems and on the basis of experiences of international lottery management system, the paper explores the lottery system suitable for the situations in China.
