摘要
以嵌入式计算机为核心,采用USB接口进行数据通信,充分利用成熟的传统超声探伤仪硬件资源,借助于数控技术、现代电力电子等技术,研制了一种适合现场使用、性价比高的自动化超声检测系统。系统不仅体积小、功耗和成本低、便于携带、具备热插拔性,而且数据传输速率快、效率和精度高、性能稳定可靠。
Used the embedded computer as the basic part and USBI as data communication,took full use of the traditional ultrasonic-testing device and electronic technology, developed a kind of nice adaptation and high performance ultrasonic testing system. Not only has it the advantage of small, low-cost, plug and play, stability, but has it high transport rate, precision, efficiency and reliability.
