摘要
目的 测定金菊花中绿原酸的含量。方法 采用waters 515高效液相色谱仪，色谱栓（4μm，4．6mm×250mm），流动相为0．1mol／L磷酸二氢钠的缓冲溶液（pH2．65）-甲醇（76：24）；流速1．0ml／min；柱温为室温；检测系统waters2487紫外检测器；检测波长为328nm。结果 绿原酸浓度线性范围在0．095-0．475μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9999。结论 该法操作简便。准确，重复性好，可作为全菊花的定量分析方法。
Objective To establish the method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid in Dendranthema morifolium with HPLC. Methods The column with acetonitfile-1%acetic acid solution（76： 24）as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the detective wavelength was 328 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.095 - 0.475 μg for baicalin（r =0.999 9）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility,and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
