摘要
分析液压机的压力与精度关系,提出应用先导式插装阀控制压机滑块升降的新方案,并讨论确定相关工艺参数,从而提高滑块升降时的缓冲效果。
This paper discusses the relationship between pressing force and precision of the hydraulic press, puts forward a new scheme to use inserted valve to control up and down movement of the hydraulic press slide and defines the technology parameter to improve the cushioning effect.
