基于PROFIBUS-DP智能流量传感器模块的开发与实现

摘要 介绍了采用SPC3芯片设计的流量传感器从站的智能模块,并结合传统的流量计开发了新型的智能流量传感器,通过PROFIBUS-DP实现了主从站间通信接口的连接。着重阐述了智能模块的硬件和软件设计,并在此基础上进行主从站硬件组态。实验表明,其设计合理,达到预想的结果。 The paper introduced the design of an intelligent module of slave station of flux sensor with SPC3 chip, and developed a new model intelligent flux sensor combining with traditional flow-meter. The interface of communication was realized by PROFIBUS-DP between master station and slave station. The design of hardware and software of intelligent module were expounded importantly, and hardware configuration were set between master station and slave station. Experiments showed that this intelligent sensor was designed in reason and achieved expected demands.
