摘要
对初步筛选出的10株番茄青枯病菌的内生拮抗细菌,通过平板拮抗和盆栽控病试验进一步筛选具有较好防效的菌株。平板拮抗试验结果表明,其中5株内生拮抗细菌(01-144,01-189,TR 03-081,TR 03-108,TR 03-124)对番茄青枯病有良好防效。对上述5株内生拮抗细菌进行盆栽控病试验,结果显示,利用拮抗菌的去菌发酵液对番茄青枯病的防治效果明显优于菌悬液;再利用这5株内生拮抗细菌的无菌发酵液作平板拮抗试验,得到对青枯病菌有较强抑菌活性的TR 03-081菌株,而且研究发现该菌株的无菌发酵液对玉米小斑病、烟草赤星病、茄子褐纹病等病害的病原菌也具有较强的抑菌活性,表明该菌具有较广的抗菌谱,鉴定结果显示该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。
Ten strains of endophytic bacteria were studied in am attempt to screen for strains with better controlling effect on tomato bacterial wilt ( Ralstonia solanacearum). Five strains (01-144, 01-189, TR 03-081, TR 03-108 and TR 03-124) showed satisfactory controlling effect in plate culture. They were then tested in a greenhouse trial. The results showed that the disease-controlling efficiency of their leavening was better than that of their suspension Another plate culture experiment with the leavening of the strains was conducted and TR 03- 108 showed the best repressing activity against R. solanacearum. In addition, this strain was identified to have a wide antifungal spectrum, being effective in repressing Bipolaris maydis, Alternaria alternata and Phomopsisvexans. Bacterial identification indicated that TR 03-108 is Bacillus subtili.
