摘要
以蓖麻碱为底物,从蓖麻种植地土壤中筛选出脱毒能力强、生长旺盛的菌株6-6t,经初步鉴定为假单胞菌,其最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH为7.0。经脱毒实验,6-6t菌降解蓖麻碱的脱除率达到71.63%,且该菌并不降解蓖麻饼粕中的蛋白质。
The bacterium of 6-6t was isolated from soil of castor-oil plant by enrichment culture with ricinine as subtrate This bacterium was observed by modality, and determined its characteristic of physiology and biochemistry. The results showed that the bacterium of 6-6t was Pseudomonas sp. Its suitable growing temperature was 30℃ and pH was 7.0. The rate of detoxifieation to ricinine was 71.63%. And this bacterium did not use up protein of castor bean meal.
