芪术合剂对肺纤维化鼠转化生长因子-β_1的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨芪术合剂对肺纤维化鼠的治疗作用。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为正常组(A组)、模型组(B组)、芪术合剂组(C组)和强的松组(D组)。经气管滴入博莱霉素复制肺纤维化大鼠模型,并分组予以治疗,于治疗第3,7,21天分批处死各组大鼠,每次每组6只。用免疫组化法观察肺组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的表达,并测定透明质酸(HA)含量及支气管肺泡灌洗液炎细胞水平。结果:随着时间的变化,模型组TGF-β1表达明显增加,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),芪术合剂组比同期模型组低。结论:芪术合剂可通过抑制TGF-β1的表达,降低HA水平从而起到抗博莱霉素致肺纤维化的作用。 Objective: To discuss the curative function of QiZhuHeJi on rats with pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into group A of the normal control, group B of the model ,group C of the QiZhuHeJi and group D of the prednisone. The rat pulmonary fibrosis models were made by injecting blemycin through tracheal and cured respectively,rats in each group were made to die (six rats every time in each group)three,seven and twenty-one days after curation.The expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1 ) was measured by using immunohistochemistry and the content of hyaluronis acid (HA) and the level of bronchoalveolar lavage inflammatory cells were detected too. Results: The increase of TGF-β1 expression was obvious with time,the difference was statistically significant compared with the normal group (P〈0.01). The TGF-β1 expression in the QiZhuHeJi group was lower than that of the model group. Conclusion: Blemycin make pulmonary fibrosis rats to obtain a high expression condition of TGF-β1 in different time and QiZhuHeJi can depress pulmonary fibrosis by repressing TGF-β1 expression and decreasing the level of HA.
