摘要
人类发展是生物进化的继续,人类发展中的工程活动和生产活动与生物进化中的变异和遗传有相似之处。工程是有目的、有组织地改造世界的活动,是人类发展的重要动力。工程活动包括技术手段和管理手段,可划分为三个阶段,即策划阶段、实施阶段和使用阶段。工程哲学的内容包括目的论、关系论和方法论。工程活动的目的是提高生产力和改善人类的生存环境。科学、技术和工程三者之间应是串联的关系,而不是并联的关系。
After comparing the evolution of living beings with the development of mankind, it is recognized that the development of mankind is just the continuation of evolution of living beings, and the engineering activities and the production activities in the development of mankind are very similar with the variation and heredity in the evolution of living beings. In this paper, engineering is defined as ＂the organized activity to reform the word with definite aims＂ and the engineering activity is further summarized as ＂one target （target of reform）, two means （technological means and management means） and three stages （planning stage, implement stage and employment stage）＂. Finally, the preliminary point of view about the contents of philosophy of engineering is suggested. It seems that the philosophy of engineering must explains the aim of development, the relationships between science, technology and engineering＇ and also the methodology used in engineering. In addition, it is recognized that the engineering activities have the purpose to enhance the productive forces and improve the living environment of mankind.
