摘要
本文报道了３例心脾综合征，其中１例为回顾性复习，另２例为作出前瞻性诊断者。结合复习文献表明，右侧水平裂缺如是多脾综合征的一个新征象。当较长与较短支气管之比小于１．６６时，是用较长还是用较短支气管的长度与气管横径比来确定是左侧或右侧型主支气管尚待进一步研究。本文所报道的１例右心房表面有左、右心房耳各１个。
This article reported 3 cases of cardiosplenic syndrome, one case was reviewed retrospectively, the other two cases were diagnosed prospectively. Based on the extensively reviewed literature, we suggest an important sign of polysplenic syndrome, the absence of right minor fissure. When the ratio of the length of the longer main bronchus to the shorter one is smaller than 1.66, it is unknown whether the length of the longer main bronchus or the shorter one is used to be divided by the dia meter of trachus, which needs further research. One of the latter two cases is a rare case that had both left and right atrial appendages on the surface of the right atrium.
