摘要
基于G IS技术的国土资源政务信息系统是当前国土资源信息化建设的重要技术手段之一。以国产MAPG IS为基础开发平台,针对国土资源电子政务信息系统设计中的设计思想和目标、系统设计原则、总体结构、功能设计、系统数据库组织、元数据库设计等方面进行了较全面的分析,详细介绍了国土资源电子政务信息系统实现的关键技术问题。
Land resources electronic government affair information system based on GIS technique is, now, one of important technique means for land resources informatization construction. Taking MAPGIS made in China as developing platform, the design thinking and objective, systematic design principle, overall framework, function design, system database organization, meta database design and so on in the design of land resource electronic government affair information system are analyzed in the round. The key technique problem of the system is introduced in detail.
