摘要
目的:探讨“∞”形绷带厚压垫外固定治疗锁骨外1/3Ⅱ型骨折疗效及并发症。方法:锁骨外1/3Ⅱ型骨折30例,男21例,女9例;年龄17~61岁,平均36·6岁;受伤时间1h^7d,平均1·1d。采用旋按手法复位后,做双肩“∞”形绷带结合厚压垫、绷带外固定。结果:根据骨与关节损伤和疾病的诊断分类及功能评定标准,功能评定在90分以上者26例,80~90分者4例。无疼痛症状者26例,功能完全恢复者26例,活动度无受限者27例,X线片复查解剖对位愈合者28例。结论:采用本固定方法牢固且不会出现组织压疮及坏死,安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective. To explore the curative effect and complication produced by ＂∞＂ bandage with thick cotten cushion fixation in treatment of type Ⅱ fracture of 1/3 lateral clavicle. Methods. Thirty patients （21 male and 9 female with average age of 36.6 years ranging from 17 to 61 years） had type Ⅱ fracture of 1/3 lateral for from 1 hour to 7 days （averagely 1.1 days）. All patients were treated by manipulative reduction at first, and then fixed by ＂∞＂ bandages with thick cushions on both shoulders to keep the position. Results： According to the scoring standard for evaluating curative effect with 100 points as full score, 90 points were achieved in 26 cases and the points between 80 and 90 in other 4 cases. After treatment among all 30 patients, 26 patients had no pain and the function in 26 patients were completely recovered. Twenty-seven patients were unlimited in activity and 28 patients were healed with anatomic reduction, which was proved by X-ray. Conclusion： This method is characterized by firm fixation, safety and utility. Meanwhile, it can prevent the sore of pressing and necrosis. It is worthy popularize clinically.
