摘要
施磷肥、强度刈割和土壤镇压都能显著降低鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)的菌根形成。磷肥增加土壤有效磷浓度,而刈割减少根系生长和光合产物向根部的分配,土壤镇压则减少土壤空气、孔隙和根系生长,这些都不利于菌根形成。施肥、刈割和土壤镇压的交互作用对菌根形成的影响相对较小。
Application of Pz05 reduced the Mycorrhizal colonization of Orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) due to the increase of soil available phosphate. Defoliation and soil compaction also reduced the Mycorrhizal colonization of Orchardgrass. Defoliation was found reducing the carbon flowing to roots and the root growth. Soil compaction was found reduceing the soil porosity, gaseous and the root growth. Effect of interactions between fertilization, defoliation and soil compaction on arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization was small.
