摘要
利用乙醇、乙醚等有机溶剂,用索氏提取器法从留兰香植物中提取留兰香油,结果显示,用无水乙醇和乙醚的体积比为1∶1的混合液作溶剂,产率高,而且油的质量也好。采用GC分析鉴定所提取的留兰香油的成分。
This paper mainly use etnanol、etny1 ether etc., way of Soxhlet extracting spearmint oil from the plant in Mentha spicata L. When V（C2H5OH）：V（C2H5OC2H5） is 1：1 , spearmint oil＇s production is highest, and its quality is very good. Finally, using way of GC analyses authenticates the extracting spearmint oil.
