摘要
天然气吸附技术具有使天然气在低压下获得接近于高压下CNG的能量密度这一显著优点,正在成为天然气储存方式研究的一个新热点。介绍了天然气吸附技术的原理,天然气吸附剂制备的三种常用方法;综述了国内制备天然气吸附剂的现状和影响天然气吸附剂性能因素的研究现状,试验和研究表明影响天然气吸附剂性能的主要因素有吸附剂结构(比表面积、孔壁碳密度、孔径)、填充密度、微孔容积、吸脱附热性能,气质组分等;最后指出了天然气吸附技术发展的趋势和应用前景。
Natural gas adsorption technology has the notable merit of making the low - pressure natural gas obtains the energy density approaching to CNG's.this technology is becoming a new research hotspot of natural gas storage. Firstly, introduced the principle of natural gas adsorption technology, and three commonly used methods of producing natural gas adsorbent. Secondly, summarized the present domestic situation of adsorbent preparation method and research on the factors that have effect on the natural gas adsorbents performance. Trial and research indicate that these primary factors are adsorbent's structure ( relative surface area, spatial wall carbon density, aperture) , packed density, pore volume,capability of absorb and release heat and compositions of natural gas. At last pointed out this technology's development trend and application foreground.
