摘要
超高温(UHT)灭菌乳中乳果糖(lactulose)含量为300～1500mg/L,可采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定,平均回收率100.7%,相对偏差<5%。
A lactulose content （300-1500mg/L） in sterilized milk by Ultra Heat Treatment （UHT） have be determined using highperformance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Recovery of the method is 100.7%, RSD〈5%.
