摘要
目的:评价广东地区部分医院钙拮抗药的应用状况及趋势。方法:对2002年～2004年广东地区部分医院的钙拮抗药购药金额、用药频度及日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:钙拮抗药购药金额逐年上升,其中氨氯地平购药金额最大,硝苯地平用药频度最高。结论:二氢吡啶类钙拮抗药居广东市场的主导地位。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the status quo and the tendency of calcium antagonists used in Guangdong Province. METHODS： The consumption sum, DDDs and the average daily expenses of calcium antagonists in Guangdong Province from 2002 to 2004 were analyzed statistically, RESULTS：The consumption sum of calcium anlagonists from 2002 to 2004 increased year by year, with amlodipine leading the list of consumption sum and nifedipine leading the list of DDDs. CONCLUSIONS： Dihydropyridine calcium antagonists dominate Guangdong market.
