帕金森病睡眠障碍的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 帕金森病(PD)是中老年人常见的神经系统变性疾病,以往人们主要关心其运动障碍方面的表现。近年来临床上越来越多地发现PD病人常合并出现睡眠障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量。PD相关性睡眠障碍的表现形式多样,主要分为失眠、异态睡眠、日间过多瞌睡、睡眠发作等类型;其发生亦与增龄老化、药物影响、心境改变及疾病本身进展等多种因素有关。PD相关性睡眠障碍的治疗要根据分型、病因等多因素综合考虑,采取针对性的处理。
