摘要
对三腔往复式活塞注浆泵压力脉动进行研究,定性分析了注浆泵瞬时压力变化及压力脉动形成原因.针对实际三腔体注浆泵工作压力不稳定影响注浆质量的问题,进行压力测试,找出了其不稳定因素,提出了对腔体结构和传动系统等方面的设计改进措施,对改进后的注浆泵测试表明:压力波动问题消除了,输出压力趋于稳定.
The instantaneous change and the pulsating cause of the working pressure in the injection pump cylinder. In order to solve the unstable pressure problem of a three-cylinder injection pump, based on the measure and the analysis of actual pressure, the modified scheme of design for the cylinder structure and the transmission system is proposed. As a result, the improved injection pump has the lower pressure waving and the stable pressure.
