摘要
双弧双丝埋弧焊(包括多弧系统)是利用前后2个电弧同时向母材过渡焊接金属,其工艺特点是:减少母材的热循环次数,延长母材热循环的时间;减少焊缝热裂纹及气孔敏感性,提高了焊接速度。使用大容量的MZS-1250型双丝埋弧焊机进行了工艺试验表明,该设备满足双弧双丝焊工艺的要求,适合于进行平焊及角焊位置的高速焊接。
The double-are double-wire welding system(including multi-arc system)can weld melted material by the use of two separate are(one forward,another backward),sueh distinguishing technology feature is decreasing the welding heat cycle number of times, prolonging welding heal cycle time,decrease overheat crackle and the stoma sensitivity of welding,which improve the welding velocity.The experiment by using double-are double-wire welding machine shrew that the equipment can meet the need of anali-are wehting system and fit for level welding & fillet welding at high speed.
