摘要
为了实现对小型异步电动机试验台的控制,介绍了一种新的试验工艺和方法。通过采用数字可控硅直流调速装置,拖动一套直流电动机-交流发电机组,作为试验电机电源,来实现电源电压与频率的调节。负载试验与温升试验的负载采用直流发电机;设备的控制采用单独控制和集中控制交互的方式;实验数据的自动采集通过电量变送器实现;电源机组的转速和被试电机的频率通过A/D转换板、D/A转化板以及相应的计算机程序实现。试验结果证明该试验台的控制方法完全可行,实际测量误差<0.3%。
To control he ounce asynchronous motor, a new experiment craft and method was introduced. The device of arithmetic silicon control was adopted, and a set of DC-alternator motor was equipped as experiments power supply, which regulate the electric voltage and frequency. Experiment of loading and temperature rise test were done under direct current generator; The control of the equipments was realized in controls alone with concentrate altemant way; The experiment data collects was done automatically by voltmeter changes; The frequency of power supply was modulated by the MD and D/A conversion plank and homologous calculator procedures.
