摘要
用鸡球虫1号苗(LCV-1)以1头份/只和5头份/只剂量分别免疫10日龄伊莎褐公雏,并设攻虫对照组和空白对照组。2个免疫组在整个试验过程中没有死亡,其相对增重率分别达96.27%和95.17%,而攻虫对照组的相对增重率为91.21%,与免疫组相比差异显著;2个免疫组攻虫期间平均OPG值分别为1.001×105和1.63×105,而攻虫对照组为2.118×105,2个免疫组与攻虫对照组相比差异极显著;2个免疫组间比较,免疫1组比免疫2组的平均增重高1.1%,差异不显著;免疫期间平均OPG值免疫1组比免疫2组小53.08%,差异极显著,攻虫期间前者比后者小38.59%,差异显著。从总体看,免疫1组的剂量比免疫2组的安全可靠,免疫保护作用更强。
Efficacy of the vaccine LCV-1 against chicken coccidiosis was evaluated in two vaccinated groups, challenge group and control group using the indexes of relative ratio of weight gain and OPG . In the vaccinated group 1 and group 2, 10 days-old AsaBrown male chicks were vaccinated with 1 and 5 dose of LCV-1 per bird, respectively. Results showed that percentages of protection against mixed species of Eimeria were 100% in the two vaccinated groups after challenge. The relative ratios of weight gain were 96.27% in the vaccinated group 1 and 95.17% in the vaccinated group 2 , which were significantly higher than that in the challenge group (91.21%). After challenge, the OPG in the challenge group (2. 118 × 10^5) was significantly higher than that in the vaccinated group 1 (1. 001 × 10^5) and in the vaccinated group 2 (1.63× 10^5), but there was no significant difference between the two vaccinated groups. Furthermore, the OPG in the vaccinated group 1 was significantly lower by 53. 08% than that in the vaccinated group 2 before challenge, and also significantly lower by 38. 59% than that in the vaccinated group 2 after challenge. The results indicated that the vaccinated chickens were resistant against coccidiosis, and the vaccinated group 1 performed better than the vaccinated group 2.
