摘要
详细地介绍了蒸汽负荷和给水流量的突然变化对高压汽包液位的影响,对传统的单冲量和双冲量控制在克服假液面和给水干扰方面的缺点进行了深刻的剖析,进而介绍了三冲量控制方案及其对控制性能的改进,并给出了三冲量控制系统的构成及其DCS(Distributed Control System)组态,从而较好地改善了高压汽包运行状况,实现了高压汽包安全、平稳的运行。
Water level Influence in high pressure steam drum caused by sudden change of steam charge and water flux is introduced in detail. The disadvantage of traditional single-element and dual-element in overcoming falsity water level and feed water disturbance is analyzed deeply. Three-element control plan and its advantage to control performance are introduced. The structure and DCS(Distributed Control system)configuration are given out. The status of high pressure steam drum is well improved ,The running safely and stably of hitch pressure steam drum is realized.
