摘要
通过描述原水流速对膜堆电流的影响以及膜堆电流对浓水pH的影响,对电去离子脱盐机理加以解释。实验表明,原水流速的变化对膜堆电流的影响很小,在低流速下能够得到更好的出水水质;浓水pH由于水电离随着膜堆电流的增加而下降,最后趋于平衡。同时对淡水室中的树脂层态进行了分析,并且采用“空穴”传导理论对EDI 脱盐过程中的离子迁移行为做出解释。
The mechanism of demineralization in the EDI process was explained by describing the influence of theraw water's flow rate on the electric current in the membrane pile and the effect of the electric current on the pH value inthe concentrated water chambers. Experiment showed: the influence on the electric current by changing the flow rate ofraw water is very small, better quality of fresh water can be obtained at a lower flow rate; the pH value of the concentratedwater chambers is decreased along with the increase of the electric current due to water ionization and comes to thebalance at last. Meanwhile, the resin layer in the fresh water compartment was analyzed and with "Cavity" transfer theory,an explanation was made about the ion migration in the EDI demineralization process.
