摘要
采用SEM、TEM等分析手段,研究了单晶超合金DD3在低应变速率下的拉伸行为。结果表明:单晶超合金DD3在拉伸过程中,滑移具有强烈择优性;宏观断口都比较平坦,但在微观上均呈现塑断特征;拉伸变形时位错对切割γ′粒子是其主要的变形机制。
The tensile behavior of single crystal Ni-based superalloy DD3 at low strain rate was studied by means of soanning electron mictoscopy (SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Alloy characterized strongly in homogeneous glide during tensile deformation.Fracture surface was flat in macrographic view,but dimpled rupture was observed in micrographic view.Dislocation pairs cutting γ′particles was the main deformation mechanism.Stack fault(SF)was separated by dislocation pairs.
