摘要
研究了化学复合镀Ni-P-金刚石工艺及性能,并探讨了热处理对化学复合镀Ni-P-金刚石性能的改善作用。
The technology and property of electroless Ni-P-Diamond composite coating were investigated. The results
showed: The velocity of the plating solution and quantity of particle in the polating bath exerted an influence on
the component of particle in the coating. The hasrdness and wear resistance of the coating rose with the increase of
the component of the particle in the coating within limits. Better property of the coating could be got by proper
heat treatment. The mechanism of strengthen effect of particle was analysed.
