金刚石刀具的研磨工艺参数模型 被引量:2

摘要 本文基于二次回归分析的试验方法,对分别以(110)和(100)晶面为刀具前、后刀面的金刚石刀具进行了研磨工艺实验,建立了对应的研磨工艺参数模型,该模型可以用于预报研磨所能得到的刃口半径值以及计算对应于特定刃口半径值的参数组合;通过比较一次回归项系数,得到了研磨方向、研磨速率、研磨压力及磨粉粒度对刃口半径值的影响因子,分别为:0.282,0.082,0.121及0.515;利用单一因素分析分别画出了研磨方向、研磨速率、研磨压力及磨料粒度与刃口半径值的关系曲线;以最小刃口半径值为目标,使用多元分析方法,获得了最优研磨参数组合,试验验证结果与计算值相符。 Based on the regression analysis of tests, the comprehensive experimental model of the cutting edge radius was presented in lapping diamond cutting tools by using the (110) surface as the rake face and the (100) surface as the flank face respectively. The model can be used to predict the cutting edge radius in lapping process and to calculate the parameters corresponding to the special edge radius. The influence of each factor on the cutting edge radius was compared by the order of magnitude of regression coefficient. The relationship between the lapping orientation, velocity, pressure, grit size and the cutting edge radius were presented. The influence factors are 0.282, 0.082, 0. 121, and 0.515 respectively. By analyzing the effect of single factor, the influences curve of lapping orientation γ, lapping velocity v, lapping pressure P and grit size S on the cutting edge radius were presented. And the optimal parameters by which the minimum cutting edge radius can be achieved theoretically were calculated by using the muhianalysis method.
