白头翁体外抗阴道毛滴虫透射电镜观察 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨白头翁杀阴道毛滴虫作用机制。方法用浓度1.25 mg/ml白头翁水提液进行体外抗滴虫实验,并用透射电镜观察白头翁作用后滴虫的超微结构变化。结果在药物作用下,滴虫粗面内质网排列紊乱、脱颗粒,核糖体解聚,虫体内空泡增多、变大。随着药物作用时间的延长,高尔基复合体肿胀变形,细胞核核质疏松,核膜不完整,最终虫体破裂,内部结构不能分辨。结论白头翁具有较强的抗滴虫作用,可损伤虫体内部结构,多种细胞器受损。 Objective To explore the trichomonacidal mechanism of Pulsatilla chinensis water extract (PWE) agamst Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro. Methods Trichomonaeidal effect of Pulsatilla chinensis was investigated using low concentration of PWE, 1.25 mg/ml of drug was added to cultures of T. vaginalis strain. After treated with PWE for 2 h and 4 h, The fine structure changes of T. vaginalis were observed by transmission electronic microscopy. Results Treated with PWE, The electronic micrograph of T. vaginalis showed disorganization and degranulation of rough endoplasmic reticulums and the disaggregation of polyribosomes. And then the vacuoles in T. vaginalis cytoplasm were not only increasing but also swelling. With prolongation of the time of drug action, The dilating and deforming Golgi apparatus could be found. The nucleus matrix became rarefaction. The nucleus membranes appeared fracture. Finally the parasite died and split. The ultrastructure of organelles could not be identificated. Conclusion PWE exhibited effective triehomonacidal action. PWE can destroy internal structure of T. vaginalis directly. Many organells were damaged.
