摘要
插补终点与理论终点的接近程度,会对加工精度,表面加工质量等指标产生很大影响。通过对插补终点误差产生的原因进行分析,并在前人的基础上,提出了一种新的插补终点控制算法。在保证连接点精度的条件下,实现了实际加工图形与理论图形的无限逼近,不仅改善了表面加工质量,而且提高了加工效率。分析了新方案的误差及适用范围,并且在实际工程中得到验证。
The error between interpolation end-point and theory end-point will affect some machining standards largely such as precision, exterior machining quality. The reason of interpolation end-point error producing was analyzed, an algorithm was brought forward. It could realize the infinite approach between actual machining figure and theory figure while ensuring the precision of connective points.At the same time,it not only improved the exterior machining quality but also improved machining efficiency.The error and application range were discussed and this algorithm was validated in actual application.
