摘要
如今,企业价值最大化已成为人们普遍接受的公司目标假设。惟有价值创造出来并得以实现,企业才能在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,得到持续发展。本文指出全球竞争、不断变化的市场和新兴技术,使创造价值的方式也呈现出不同趋势。因此企业必须主动去适应变化,利用变化,甚至制造变化,从而不断的重建本企业甚至行业的价值创造模式。
At present, the maximization of EV has become the generally accepted enterprise goal hypothesis. Only when the creation of value is realized can the corporation stand out in the fierce competition and therefore achieve sustaining progress. In this article the new trends of creating value are pointed out under the influence of factors such as global competition, constantly changing market and the new technology. So it requires the corporations not only to take initiatives to adapt themsdves to the changes, but also to utiLize and create changes.
