摘要
根据砂型铸造充型特点建立模型,并利用ANSYS软件的FLOTRAN CFD模块,实现了对铸件充型过程的流场与温度场的模拟。研究结果表明:计算机模拟结果与实际试验结果相符。
The model has been put forward on the basis of character of sand casting. The flow field and temperature field for mould filling in casting processes has been simulated by applying FLOTRAN CFD of ANSYS. The results of simulation were well conform to the practically results.
