摘要
目的:验证以耳—床线为基线定位在射频治疗三叉神经痛卵圆孔穿刺的临床实用价值。方法:验证性资料16例。在穿刺侧向上、X线球管向头侧倾斜20°角度摄取的头颅侧位片上勾画出耳—床线,通过观察耳—床线与射频针之间的关系及测量耳—床线与射频针尖的距离进行穿刺定位。结果:16例穿刺均成功,定位准确,疗效满意;穿刺针与耳—床线基本成垂直关系(肉眼所见),穿刺针与耳—床线之间距离最小6mm,最大10mm,平均8.06mm。结论:我们在X线解剖研究的基础上确立了耳—床线这一基线,并提出采用观察穿刺针与耳—床线的关系以及测量穿刺针针尖与耳—床线之间的距离来进行射频治疗时的定位方法,是一种简便、客观、实用可行的定位方法。
Objective: Testing and verify the clinical and practical value of linking line of the center of porus acousticus internus to the point of former clinoid process (ear-clinoidens line) used as a baseline to locate in radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatmnet of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: In 16 eases proved data X-ray skull lateral radiographed of punctured side by ball tube of X-ray machine toward head lean 20° angle blockout ear-clinoidens line. Locating the punctural point by observing and measuring relation between the ear-clinoidens line and radiofrequency needle point. Results: Succeed in all the 16 cases with proper location and convenient effectiveness. The puncture needle and the ear-clinoidens line have vertical relation basically (macroscopy). The minimal distance between the puncture needle point and ear-clinoidens line is 6mm while the maximal distance is 10mm, 8.06mm in average. Conclusion: We ascertain the ear-clinoidens line as a baseline based on X-ray anatomical research and throngh analysis we get a location method to beused in radiofrequency therapy by observing the relation between puncture needle and ear-clinoidens line and measming rite distance between puncture needle point and ear-clinoidens line. So we regard it as a simple, objective, and practical location method.
