摘要
合成了一系列的自交联封端型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液。合成步骤主要分为三步:(1)运用无皂乳液聚合方法合成含羟基的PUA复合乳液;(2)使用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I)、三元醇、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),分别使用不同的封端剂即甲乙酮肟(MEKO)和己内酰胺,合成了一系列封端型水可分散交联剂;(3)将第二步制得的交联剂,按不同比例与第一步制得的PUA复合乳液在机械搅拌下共混,制得了一系列的自交联封端型PUA复合乳液。此复合乳液低温成膜后,升高至一定的温度,随着解封交联反应的进行,使涂膜达到了后固化交联的目的。通过DSC和TGA研究了不同封端剂和多元醇对解封交联温度的影响。同时对所合成的自交联封端型PUA复合乳液通过解封交联后固化制得的涂膜的力学性能进行了研究。
A series of aqueous blocked self-crosslinking hybrid polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) emulsions has been synthesized in three steps : ( 1 ) synthesis of hydroxyl terminated PUA prepolymers by soap - free emulsion polymerization; (2) preparation of water-dispersible methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) and 8-caprolactam blocked crosslinkers from toluene diisocyanate(TDI) , trihydric alcohols and DMPA; (3) a series of aqueous blocked self-crosslinking PUA emulsions are synthesized by mixing the resulted products ( 1 ) and (2) at different ratio. The films can be obtained from the emulsions by post-curing at high temperatures. The emulsions were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and tbermogravimetric (TGA) analysis, and the mechanical properties of the films have also been studied.
