摘要
高温是制约冷地型草坪草生长发育最重要的生态因子之一。对草坪草高羊茅品种凌志Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas进行了高温胁迫下的生理生化研究。结果表明:在42/32℃(昼/夜)的高温胁迫下。植株的生长受到了明显的抑制,随着高温胁迫时间的延长,叶片的相对含水量明显下降;叶绿素含量呈先升高后下降的趋势;可溶性糖含量持续增加,其中胁迫至第5~7天增幅最大;脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量也逐渐增加,这些生理生化指标的变化可为寻求草坪草抗热种源提供科学的理论依据。
High temperature is one of the important ecological factors which restricts the growth of Festuca arundinacea cv. Barlexas. The physiological and biochemical results of the high temperature (42℃/32℃) stress demonstrated that the growth of Barlexas is restricted obviously. With the treatment of high temperature, the relative water content of the leaves decreased evidently ; the content of chlorophyll increased first and decreased soon; the content of soluble sugar kept a steady increase and had a bigger range during 5~7 days; the content of proline and MDA all increased gradually, all these indices provide the scientific basis for seeking the high temperature resistant species.
