摘要
“从教到指导”的成人教育,提倡一种简单的教育理念:即在教育活动中,人们,特别是成年学生,只有当他们成为充分的合作者,在决定诸如“应该学什么、如何学习以及为什么学习”等教育问题时,享有充分的发言权和参与权,他们才可能学习得更好。“从教到指导”的成人教育,提倡一种健全的、综合的以及终生的教育。实现上述转变的基本理念就是:“指导者”、“指导”、“对话”。
＂From Teaching to Mentoring＂ argues for a simple educational idea： people, particularly adult students, learn well when they are full collaborators in deciding what, how and why they learn. And ＂From Teaching to Mentoring＂ advocates a sound, comprehensive, and lifelong education. Above all, the key ideas are ＂Mentor＂, ＂Mentoring＂, and ＂Dialog＂.
