摘要
增强工会的组织力,是新形势、新任务及提升维护职能的需要。工会的组织力突出表现了五种能力。增强工会的组织力:一要坚持党的领导;二要改革、创新工会的组织体制和运行机制;三要加强工会队伍的自身建设。
Increasing organizational capacity of trade unions is a need of improving their functions under a new situation and a new task. The organizing capacity of trade unions shows five capacities. There are three ways of increasing an organizational capacity of trade unions： the CPC＇ s leadership, an organizational system and running mechanism of reforming and innovating trade unions, and trade unions＇ own construction.
