摘要
在全球化和多元文化背景下,构建和谐大学需要大学宽容。大学宽容具有极为重要的价值功能和现实意义。树立宽容意识和弘扬宽容精神是实现大学宽容的前提条件,而建设宽容制度是实现大学宽容的根本路径。
Tolerance is needed in the course of constructing harmonious colleges and universities under the background of globalization and multi - cultures. Tolerance at colleges and universities has a lot of values and functions. To realized this involves establishing the consciousness of tolerance and constructing tolerance system.
