摘要
使用日立83-50型氨基酸自动分析仪对异形琵甲(Blaps variolosa(Faldermann,1835))成虫的氨基酸进行测定和分析,共测定出17种氨基酸(色氨酸未测),氨基酸总量占53.10%,其中必需氨基酸占51.20%,以蛋氨酸(MET)的含量最为丰富,占氨基酸总量的13.51%.此外,甘氨酸(GLY)、亮氨酸(LEU)、谷氨酸(GLU)和丙氨酸(ALA)的含量也较高,分别为5.863 mg/100 mg,5.160 mg/100 mg,4.939 mg/100 mg和4.321 mg/100 mg.将异形琵甲的氨基酸指标与几种营养源相比较,其优势明显.
The amino acid of Blaps variolosa （Faldermann, 1835） were tested. The result showed that the percentage of total amino acid was 53.1%. 17 kinds of amino acids were tested, in which 51.20% was essential amino acid and 13.51% MET （7. 175 mg/100 mg）, the most amino acid. In addinition, the contents of GLY （5. 863%）, LEU（5. 160%）, GLU（4. 939%）, ALA（4. 321%） were also relatively high. Compared with the total amino acid, essential amino acid and their rations with the other nutrition resources, Blaps variolosa （Faldermann, 1835） was the better one.
