摘要
以硬脂酸、苯甲酸、异丙醇铝为稠化剂,用正交设计方法来找出其最佳配比,用玉门炼油化工总厂生产的MVI750基础油为原料制得的复合铝基润滑脂,产品有较高滴点,较好的抗水淋性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性,产品质量达到SH0378-92行业标准要求。
With stearic acid, benzoic acid and Aluminum isopropoxide as thickener, using the orthogonal design method to find the optimal blending ratio, and the Complex aluminum-based lubricating grease produced by using the base oil MV1750 from Yumen refining and Chemical Complex as feedstock has a high drippoint, and a good resistance against water sprinkling, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and the product quality meets the industrial requirement of SH0378-92.
