摘要
针对催化柴油颜色变深及安定性变差的原因,以镇海炼化公司Ⅱ-催化裂化柴油、Ⅱ-催化裂化柴油(20%)加Ⅲ-加氢柴油(80%)混合柴油为二种基础油,探索了柴油稳定剂对催化柴油、混合柴油色度、沉渣方面的影响,进行了工业试验,取得了较好的效果。结果表明:混合柴油在储存三个月后,仍能达到合格产品要求。
Regarding to causes for catalytic diesel oil color becoming dark and it's stability becoming deteriorated, with II-catalytic diesel oil and II-catalytic diesel oil(20 %) mixed with III-hydrogenated diesel oil(80 %) made by Zhenhai Refining & chemical Company as two base oils, the influences of diesel oil stabilizing agent on catalytic diesel oil, mixed diesel oil color and sludge has been explored, industrial test has been carried out, good result has been achieved. The result has shown: the mixed diesel oil can meet the requirement for on-spec product even after 3 months of storage.
