摘要
家族企业是一种广泛存在的企业组织形式。随着我国家族企业的发展,规模的扩大,其产权制度非均衡状态越来越明显。当潜在利润大于零时,且制度变迁主体有制度变迁能力时,制度变迁将可能发生。但由于受各种因素的制约,变迁过程并非一蹴而就,尤其是在“路径依赖”的约束下,家族企业产权制度变迁更显困难。为此,需要在家族企业主、家族成员和国家的共同作用下,促使家族企业产权制度变迁的顺利实现。
With the development and expansion of family enterprises,the institution of property right has changed.When there is potential profit and the owner has the ability,the change of property right would occur.But because of the influence of different factors,the change is a long process.Only with the joint effort of the owners,the members and the government,can the change of property right system in family enterprises be a successful one.
