摘要
目的评价灯盏花GAP基地环境质量,为灯盏花SOP的制定和GAP基地建设提供依据。方法测定了红河灯盏花GAP基地的大气、水和土壤环境指标,所生产药材的灯盏乙素含量、重金属含量和农药残留量,并采用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法进行环境质量评价。结果红河灯盏花GAP基地大气环境达到大气环境质量(GB3095-1996)二级标准,灌溉水质量达到农田灌溉水质量标准(GB5084-1992),土壤环境达到土壤质量(GB15618-1995)二级标准;所生产的药材灯盏乙素含量稳定,重金属含量和农药残留量均达到WM2-2001药用植物及制剂出口绿色行业标准。结论红河灯盏花GAP基地环境质量好,符合中药材生产质量管理规范的环境质量要求。
Objective To estimate the environmental conditions of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) bases of Erigeron breviscapus in Honghe region with establishing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for building GAP bases of Erigeron breviscapus. Methods The bases environmental indexes were analyzed, including atmosphere, water, and soil conditions in the cultural region, and were determined content of breviscapinun, heavy metals, and pesticide residue of Erigeron breviscapus, and environmental quality of GAP bases were estimated with single pollute index method and synthesis pollute index method. Results Atmosphere environment quality reached to the second grad of the Ambient Air Quality Standard (GB3095-1996), irrigating water accorded with State Quality Standards (GB5084-1992), and soil environment quality accorded with the second grad of Environmental Quality Standard of soils (GB15618-1995). The breviscapinun content of Erigeron breviscapus that extracted from these bases was stability, and indexes of the heavy metals and pesticide residue in extracted accorded with Green Trade Standards of exporting medicinal plants and preparations (WM2-2001). Conclusion Environment conditions of Honghe GAP bases of Erigeron breviscapus were well, and accorded with environment quality standards of producing bases of Good Agricultural Practice for Chinese crud drugs.
