摘要
介绍了一种应用于永磁同步电动机的伺服驱动智能控制器,具体阐述了驱动器的软硬件组成及其设计方案;采用高性能的DSP芯片(TMS320LF2407A)作为嵌入式系统核心,根据空间矢量PWM控制原理并针对永磁同步伺服电机提出了一种数字化的电压空间矢量合成方法;结果表明,该系统稳定、可靠,有较好的应用前景。
A kind of intelligent motor controller is presented used to drive permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and the controller's software and hardware architecture are described. A high-powered DSP (TMS32DLF2407A) is used as the core of embedded system, aimed to the PMSM, a new realizing digital method of synthesizing voltage space vector based on the principle of controlling space vector PWM is advanced. The results show that the design of control system is reasonable, performance is credible, and the system has good application prospect.
