抗体芯片技术及其在肿瘤研究中的进展

摘要 蛋白质芯片是蛋白质相关研究中最有前景的一项技术,抗体芯片就是这项技术的分支。抗体芯片可以检测某一特定的生理或病理过程中相关蛋白的表达模式,在生物学研究中有着巨大的潜力,尤其在肿瘤的研究中。目前,抗体芯片在肿瘤中的应用主要是通过筛选及鉴定肿瘤标记物,进行肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗监测。本文将对抗体芯片基本原理与分类以及在肿瘤中的应用做一简要综述。 Protein microarrays are now an attractive proposition as they can measure a diverse range of protein interactions with antibody microarrays being a specific subset of this technology. Antibody microarrays can be used to examine the expression pattern of correlation proteins in a certain physiologic or pathologic course, and they have great potential significant value in biological research, especially in cancer research. By identifying and filtering tumor marker, the applications of antibody microarrays can early diagnose and therapy of tumor. This review examines basic theory and kinds of antibody microarrarys and its applications in cancer research.
