摘要
利用耐温耐盐聚合物AMPS开展交联体系堵水剂研究,对比常规聚丙烯酰胺进行交联试验,选定AMPS/酚醛树脂交联体系进行配方优选。探讨温度、矿化度、pH值、除氧剂加量等各因素对交联体系性能的影响,进行了油井封堵性能评价。其中温度考察达到120℃,矿化度考察达到200g/L,结果表明,与聚丙烯酰胺相比AMPS交联体系具有更好的耐温耐盐性,其中AMPS酚醛树脂交联体系pH值适用范围广,封堵率大和稳定性好,90℃累积考察16d封堵率基本不受温度、矿化度影响,可应用于高温高盐条件下油井堵水。
The study of the water plugging agent is carried out on the crosslinking system of the temperature-resistant and the salt-tolerant polymer AMPS. The system is compared with the traditional HPAM crosslinking system. The optimum formulation is obtained from AMPS/phenol-formaldehyde resins crosslinking system. The effect of some factors on the performance of crosslinking system is discussed, such as temperature, salinity and oxygen scavenger, the max temperature reaching 120℃and the max salinity reaching 200 thousand mg per liter The plugging performance is also evaluated. The result shows that AMPS-crosslinking system has wide adaptive pH range, quite high sealing efficiency and good stability. After the successive inspection of 16 days, plugging performance is not affected by the temperature and the salinity under 90℃, which can be used for the high temperature and high salinity wells.
