摘要
随着我国经济发展与科技进步,产学研合作这种在国外行之有效的技术创新模式也逐渐在我国发展起来。然而,关于产学研合作的概念仍然存在较大的分歧,在总结了现有的研究基础之上,创造性地提出应从狭义和广义两方面来界定产学研合作的概念,而后从我国产学研合作的现状出发,分析目前我国产学研合作的运行机制,存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议,认为工作的重点在于加强法制保障和加快体制创新。
With the development of economy and technology, the cooperation of industry, university and research as a technological innovation model efficiently used abroad begin to spread in China. However, the concept of the cooperation of industry, university and research still diverges. The concept of the cooperation of industry, university and research should be defined in narrow sense and broad sense. Based on the present situation of cooperation of industry, university and research, the operational mechanism and exiting problems in cooperation of industry, university and research in China ae analyzed, the relevant legal system and the innovation system.
