摘要
简要分析了陶瓷透明的机理,紫外截止波段受材料的禁带宽度所决定,红外截止波段与材料内原子的结合力和原子质量所决定。环境温度对于透明陶瓷材料的透过率、红外共振吸收波段、紫外截止波段具有一定影响,随着温度的升高,红外共振吸收波段具有蓝移趋势,紫外截止波段有红移的趋势,透过率降低。制备时原料纯度、粒度,氢气或真空烧成气氛,气孔数量、尺寸,晶界等因素会对陶瓷的透明性能产生影响,其中原料、气孔、烧成气氛影响因素占主导位置。
Ceramics' transparent fundamental mechanism is analysed. Ultra violet absorption edge is determined by the forbidden band, infrared absorption edge is determined by binding force and redueed mass of polar molecules. Environment temperature affects transmittanee, infrared resonanee absorption and violet absorption edge of transparent eeramies. With temperature inereasing, infrared absorption edge is inelined to blue-shift, ultra violet absorption edge is inelined to red-shift, eeramies transmittanee decreases. Raw materials' purity, grain size, hydrogen or vaeeum sintering atmosphere, pore number and size, grain boundary will affect eeramies transmittanee, in whieh, raw materials, pores, sintering atmosphere are dominant influeneing faetors.
