Research of Process Rules Extracting Based on Data Mining Technology

摘要 CAPP系统在进行工艺设计时会产生大量数据,如何充分利用历史数据始终是一个技术难题。为此提出采用数据挖掘技术提取工艺规则,研究了关联规则和序列模式的定义和挖掘过程,通过实例给出数据挖掘的应用。应用表明该方法能有效提高CAPP系统的应用效率,缩短产品的开发周期,对于实现工艺设计自动化具有重要意义。 In traditional CAPP systems, large quantities of data produced by process planning can not be used adequately. In this paper, data mining technology is used to abstract process rules in CAPP system, It gives the detail about the definition and mining process of association rules. As an example, the results suggest that efficiency of CAPP system can be improved and period of product development can be shortened. It is important for the data mining approach to realize process planning automation.
