摘要
从交通管理者的角度出发,结合公安交通管理工作实际经验,探讨了衡量严格执法的标准,提出了如何建立更加科学的衡量严格执法的评价体系。
In this paper, the author explores several problems and thoughts on the standards used to measure the police＇s strict enforcement from the viewpoint of traffic managers, which is combined with the factual experience in work of traffic management. Furthermore, the author puts forward how to establish the scientific measurement system,which is used to measure the police＇s strict enforcement.
